What is Executive Ally?+

Executive Ally is a company built to support women’s full professional lives—through learning, practice, and community.

We design experiences that help women grow with confidence, clarity, and connection as they navigate different phases of their careers. Our approach combines grounded frameworks, real-world scenarios, reflection, and AI-enabled practice—without hype, pressure, or performative advice. Executive Ally is intentionally growing in a thoughtful, focused way. We’re starting with a small set of offerings and will continue to evolve based on what genuinely supports our learners.

How does Executive Ally think about learning?+

Executive Ally designs learning programs made up of courses that meet women where they are during specific periods or transitions in their professional lives. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all leadership content, each learning program is designed around a particular moment, challenge, or growth phase women commonly experience at work.

Learning takes place on our website. Practice and application are supported through the GrowthAlly™ app.

What are Executive Ally learning programs?+

Executive Ally learning programs are structured learning journeys designed around specific stages or transitions in a woman’s career.

What is the first learning program from Executive Ally?+

Our first learning program is SheAscends™. SheAscends is designed for women early in their careers or early in a career pivot—a period when confidence, clarity, and how you show up with others matter deeply.

What is SheAscends™?+

SheAscends™ is Executive Ally’s first learning program, focused on helping women early in their leadership journey build foundational habits for navigating complexity, strengthening confidence, and leading with presence. You don’t need a formal leadership title or years of experience to benefit.

Is SheAscends therapy or coaching?+

No. SheAscends is a learning experience, not therapy or one-on-one coaching. It focuses on leadership mindset, practical frameworks, reflection, and applied practice in a supportive, non-clinical environment.

What is the Growth Mindset course?+

Growth Mindset for Emerging Women Leaders is the first course within the SheAscends™ learning program.

Most learners complete the course in 2–3 hours, but it is fully self-paced.

What do you get when you join SheAscends™?+

When you join SheAscends™, you receive a full suite of learning, practice, and community support:

6. Practice & the GrowthAlly™ App

What is GrowthAlly™?+

GrowthAlly™ is Executive Ally’s AI-enabled practice app. It gives you a low-pressure space to practice leadership conversations and scenarios connected to your learning—so you can apply insights before real situations happen.

How does GrowthAlly relate to SheAscends™?+

GrowthAlly supports practice across Executive Ally learning programs, including SheAscends™. You’ll:

  • practice with stakeholders you encountered during the course
  • explore additional scenarios that apply course learnings in new contexts
  • try different approaches and reflect on outcomes
Are the AI practice conversations graded or evaluated?+

No. There are no grades, scores, or rankings. At the end of your practice session, the app will provide you coaching via an embedded feedback feature. GrowthAlly is designed for experimentation, reflection, and learning—not performance or evaluation.

Do I need the app to take the course?+

No. All course content is available on the website. The app enhances the experience by providing:

  • AI-enabled practice conversations
  • additional scenarios beyond the course
  • milestone badges and progress tracking
  • a mobile-friendly practice experience
How do I download the app?+

You can find the app in the Apple Store by searching for "Growth Ally." It will be available in the Google Play Store soon. To use the app, you will need to set up an account using your email.

Is the app free?+

Yes. The GrowthAlly™ app is free. The Executive Ally Company will update its practice content with each new course added to our learning programs.

Can I switch between devices?+

Yes. Your progress syncs automatically across supported devices.

Can I use GrowthAlly without taking an Executive Ally course?+

GrowthAlly is designed to provide a safe, low-pressure space to practice real-world scenarios inspired by Executive Ally learning programs. The app is free to download in the Apple store, but the app is designed to provide meaningful practice to learners who have taken the related Executive Ally course. This will provide the most value to learners.

7. Access & Pricing (SheAscends™)

Is the Growth Mindset course free?+

Yes. The Growth Mindset course is available for free through February 28.

What happens after February 28?+

Starting March 1, the Growth Mindset course will be available for purchase at $157.

Will early learners receive a discount?+

Yes. Learners who take the Growth Mindset course for free during the launch period will receive 15% off their next Executive Ally purchase.

8. Purchasing & Payments (Important)

Where do I purchase Executive Ally programs?+

All purchases occur exclusively on the Executive Ally website. We do not sell courses, subscriptions, or paid features inside the GrowthAlly™ app or through any other vendor.

Can I purchase courses or subscriptions in the app?+

No. The GrowthAlly™ app does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payment flows. All purchases take place via the Executive Ally website.

What content is available in the app?+

The app provides access to practice experiences only, associated with learning programs you’ve already purchased on the website. Course videos, readings, and downloadable materials are accessed on the website—not in the app.

9. Refunds & Access — Frequently Asked Questions

What is Executive Ally’s refund policy?+

We offer a 7-day refund window so you can explore the course and decide if it’s the right fit. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of first accessing the course and are subject to the eligibility conditions below. No refunds are issued more than six (6) months after purchase under any circumstances.

What does “first accessing the course” mean?+

“First access” refers to the first time you log in and begin the course—such as opening the first module or unlocking course content. The 7-day refund window begins at that point.

What are the conditions for receiving a refund?+

To be eligible:

  • the request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of first access
  • no more than two (2) course modules may be completed
  • no downloadable materials may have been accessed or downloaded
  • the request must be made within six (6) months of purchase
Why does having downloaded materal make the course non-refundable?+

Our courses include proprietary frameworks, tools, and intellectual property. Once you download materials, you have our content in your possession and it is no longer returnable given the digital nature of the material.

How do I request a refund?+

Email support@executiveallyco.com with:

  • your full name
  • the email address used to enroll

If eligible, we’ll confirm approval and process the refund.

What happens to my access if I receive a refund?+

Once a refund is issued:

  • course access is revoked
  • GrowthAlly™ app access is removed
  • saved progress and activity are no longer available

10. Support & Troubleshooting

Who do I contact for help?+

Email support@executiveally.com anytime. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. This timeframe is based on our currently small scale.

Why is Executive Ally’s help desk support limited at this time?+

Executive Ally is a new business with a very small team, and many of us are building this alongside full-time roles. We’ve intentionally designed a focused, email-based support model so we can respond thoughtfully and consistently—without overextending the experience. As more learners move through Executive Ally and SheAscends™, we’ll continue maturing our support infrastructure based on real needs and feedback.

11. Enterprise, Team & Organizational Use

Do you offer enterprise or organizational licenses?+

We work with organizations on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested in using Executive Ally programs within your organization or exploring licensing options, please contact sales@executiveallyco.com.

Do you offer team or group pricing?+

Team-based options are considered case-by-case. If you’re interested in team pricing or group participation, please reach out to sales@executiveallyco.com so we can learn more about your goals.

12. Certifications & Live Learning

Do you offer certifications or continuing education (CE) credits?+

Executive Ally does not currently offer certifications or continuing education (CE) credits. Our focus is on practical leadership growth, reflection, and application.

Do you offer live or instructor-led versions of your classes?+

Currently, Executive Ally learning experiences are fully self-paced. If there is demand, we intend to explore live, hybrid, or in-person options in the future, while preserving the same thoughtful learning experience.

Can I share feedback or suggestions?+

Yes—we welcome thoughtful feedback. If you have ideas for improving the experience, future programs, or practice scenarios, please email support@executiveally.co. While we can’t implement every suggestion, learner feedback plays an important role in how Executive Ally evolves.

Executive Ally+

Executive Ally designs learning programs, tools, and practice experiences to support women’s full professional lives. Everything else on this page (SheAscends™, GrowthAlly™, courses) sits within Executive Ally.

Learning Program+

A structured learning journey designed around a specific period or transition in a woman’s professional life.

Each learning program may include:

  • one or more courses on the website
  • optional practice in the GrowthAlly™ app
  • reflection tools and community support

SheAscends™ is Executive Ally’s first learning program.

Course+

A specific learning experience within a learning program.

Courses are completed on the Executive Ally website and include learning content such as stories, reflections, tools, and downloadable materials.

Growth Mindset for Emerging Women Leaders is the first course within SheAscends™.

Executive Ally’s first learning program.

SheAscends™ is designed for women early in their leadership journey—whether early in their careers or early in a career pivot. It focuses on building foundational habits for clarity, confidence, and presence.

Growth Mindset (Executive Ally context)+

A core philosophy and a course.

At Executive Ally, growth mindset refers to moving away from fear-based habits (like overthinking, perfectionism, or self-doubt) and toward clarity, intentional action, and learning through experience.

It is both:

  • an underlying philosophy across Executive Ally programs
  • the focus of the first SheAscends™ course

It is informed by Dr. Carol Dweck’s research on growth mindset and complemented by Executive Ally’s original research, along with insights gathered through focus groups and surveys.

GrowthAlly™+

Executive Ally’s AI-enabled practice app.

GrowthAlly™ is where you practice leadership conversations and scenarios connected to your learning. It complements the courses on the website by giving you a low-pressure space to apply what you’re learning before real situations happen.

The app is free to download, but meaningful practice experiences are available to learners enrolled in an Executive Ally program.

Practice Scenarios+

Guided, AI-enabled conversations designed to simulate real workplace situations.

Practice scenarios allow you to:

  • rehearse conversations
  • try different approaches
  • explore outcomes
  • reflect on what works

They are designed for learning—not evaluation.

Stakeholders+

The characters, roles, or perspectives you interact with during practice.

Stakeholders represent real workplace dynamics (such as peers, managers, partners, or collaborators) and help you practice navigating different viewpoints and power dynamics.

Me + 1+

A core Executive Ally concept.

Me + 1 refers to grounding in your own strengths while intentionally seeking perspective from a trusted ally. It emphasizes learning through relationship and reflection, not going it alone.

Us+

A core Executive Ally concept.

Us focuses on navigating interpersonal dynamics—such as resistance, misalignment, and collaboration—by understanding others’ perspectives and the broader system you’re operating in.

Beyond Us+

A core Executive Ally concept.

Beyond Us is about envisioning what’s possible when trust, collaboration, and shared momentum are built—moving beyond individual effort to collective impact.

Milestones / Badges+

Visual markers of progress within a course or practice experience.

Milestones are designed to support reflection and momentum—not competition or comparison.

Community Space+

A private, moderated space for learners enrolled in SheAscends™.

The community uses emoji-only reactions and is intentionally designed for encouragement, reflection, and shared growth—not critique or debate.

Free Access Window+

A limited period during which a course is available at no cost.

For the Growth Mindset course, the free access window runs through February 28. Learners who enroll during this period retain access even after the course becomes paid.

Practice vs. Learning+

Two distinct but connected parts of the experience.

Learning happens on the website through courses. Practice happens in the GrowthAlly™ app through scenarios and reflection.

Both work together, but serve different purposes.
