How it works

Inside Growth Ally, learners engage in guided, scenario-based conversations that build on course themes. These conversations allow you to try different approaches, reflect on how they land, and receive feedback to help translate learning into everyday leadership situations. The app also includes a community space for shared reflection and monthly challenges.

What’s available now

At launch, Growth Ally supports practice connected to the Growth Mindset for Emerging Women Leaders training. Practice experiences focus on reflection, strategic thinking, and responding to real workplace dynamics.

Who it’s for

Access to Growth Ally is currently available only to participants in Executive Ally programs. Learners receive access as part of their training experience.

Growth Ally is available to Executive Ally program participants. Mobile app access through the Apple App Store — with Google Play to follow — is coming soon.
