By creating an account or accessing any course or service on executiveallyco.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or Services.
These Terms govern use of the Executive Ally website, online programs, and the Growth Ally mobile application.
You are granted a (revocable, non-transferable license) to access purchased or enrolled course content for personal, non-commercial use.
Access Rights:
- We currently offer (lifetime access with exceptions).
- We reserve the right to modify, restructure, or discontinue elements of the program as we grow.
- Unauthorized sharing, streaming, downloading, or publishing content is prohibited.
Any violation may result in immediate account termination without refund. Persons under the age of 18 should use this website only with the supervision of an Adult. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.
All content (videos, slides, curriculum, graphics, trademarks including "SheAscends™") is owned by The Executive Ally Company, LLC and protected by copyright law.
You may (not):
- Copy or distribute program materials.
- Share logins or screenshots.
- Use brand names or assets without approval.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Because SheAscends launches with a FREE access period:
- No refunds apply while the program remains free.
When Executive Ally begins offering courses at a price, users are responsible for: - Maintaining accurate payment information
- Any bank or card charges from their institution
You agree not to:
- Impersonate others.
- Attempt to bypass security of the Site or app
- Post or upload harmful content.

We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate community standards.
Engagement features (comments, chat, etc.):
- Must reflect respectful and supportive behavior.
- May be monitored and moderated.
- Violations may result in restricted access.
We aim for continuous access but do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.
- Preservation of all course features forever

We may update the platform to improve user experience.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for damages arising from user misuse, interruptions, or technical issues.
- We do not provide legal, medical, or professional advice unless explicitly stated.
- Participation is voluntary; results may vary.
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Policy violations.
- Suspected fraud.
- Abuse of the platform or community

You my delete your Growth Ally app using app-specific account controls- Visit the Settings tab with the Growth Ally app to delete your account. Your account will be deleted instantaneously.
- This action will permanently delete your Growth Ally app account and all associated data, including practice sessions, posts, and community interactions. This cannot be undone and means you will not receive further communications related to your prior Growth Ally account.
- This will delete your Growth Ally app account only. Your Executive Ally website account and LearnWorlds access will remain unchanged.
- You will need to set up a new Growth Ally account if you would like to return to using the app after prior deletion.
- You can manage your account via the Settings tab, to include deleting your account and managing your communication preferences.
